Victoria Academies Trust, through partnership and funding with Laurel Trust has completed a two year action research project on understanding barriers to school attendance. Practitioner led action research across eight schools has focused on investigating a range of practical interventions for tackling attitudes and actual attendance, evaluating the impact of these approaches.
