Level 3 Teaching Apprenticeships – Local delivery Partner
Victoria Academies Trust works in partnership with Best Practice Network to deliver the Teaching Assistant Level 3 Apprenticeship via local Face-to-Face sessions in Smethwick. This will be an opportunity for TAs to gain experience and confidence in fulfilling their role, while networking with TAs from the area and sharing contextual practice.
The programme is delivered over 15 months with 10 Face-to-Face sessions. TAs will have the opportunity to develop specialist areas in SEND, English as an Additional Language (EAL), Early Years, Behaviour and Assessment. Full support will be provided by Best Practice Network for TAs to grow within their role.
